{"id":841,"date":"2023-01-04T16:48:38","date_gmt":"2023-01-04T16:48:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pathfinder.local\/?post_type=projects&#038;p=841"},"modified":"2025-04-23T11:37:49","modified_gmt":"2025-04-23T15:37:49","slug":"tubiteho","status":"publish","type":"projects","link":"https:\/\/www.pathfinder.org\/projects\/tubiteho\/","title":{"rendered":"Tubiteho (Let\u2019s Take Care of Them)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-2-xl-font-size\">Tubiteho unifies health resources and works with local partners to accelerate the delivery and uptake of family planning, maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health, nutrition, malaria, and gender-based violence prevention and treatment services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Project Activities<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator alignfull has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strengthen the capacity of local service providers (public, private, faith-based health facilities and community) to provide quality family planning, malaria, maternal and child services..<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrate family planning services into other MCH services, especially immediate post-partum family planning counseling, at HIV treatment sites to support the needs of women living with HIV to access family planning services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to reducing death and disease by supporting prevention, care, referrals, and education related to malnutrition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deploy mobile clinics during periods of peak malaria incidence to hardest hit areas in the northern and southern provinces to provide malaria services.
