This project builds on the ongoing efforts of Pathfinder\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pathfinder.org\/projects\/transform-primary-health-care\/\" data-type=\"projects\" data-id=\"676\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">USAID Transform: Primary Health Care<\/a>\u00a0program to strengthen Ethiopia\u2019s health system and respond to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Project Activities<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator alignfull has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Infection Prevention and Control (IPC):<\/strong> Equip health facilities to provide essential services while adhering to IPC measures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clinical Case Management: <\/strong>Train health workers on COVID-19 case management and IPC using national COVID-19 guidelines in Amhara, Tigray, Oromia, and SNNP regions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Risk Communication and Community Engagement (RCCE):<\/strong>&nbsp;Strengthen RCCE by adapting\/developing and disseminating RCEE materials, including COVID-19 and\/or essential health services guidelines and protocols.
