Across Dhaka, Chattogram, Mymensingh, and Sylhet\u2014four divisions with modern contraceptive prevalence rates below the national average\u2014Shukhi Jibon provided adaptive, needs-driven technical assistance in line with Bangladesh&#8217;s National Family Planning Program strategy; strengthened systems; and promoted innovative locally-led solutions that accelerated progress toward the achievement of Bangladesh\u2019s national family planning goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shukhi Jibon was funded by USAID and led by Pathfinder International, in partnership with IntraHealth International and local implementing organizations, Eco-Social Development Organization, Family Planning Association of Bangladesh, Light House, Partners in Health &amp; Development, SERAC Bangladesh, and Young Power in Social Action. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This legacy report features key results from core Shukhi Jibon areas, including:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strengthening Bangladesh\u2019s health and family planning workforce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expanding access to quality services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspiring agency and action in communities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increasing equality and resilience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, readers can read recommendations from this project that expanded access to quality family planning services for a population of more than 100 million people.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"menu_order":0,"template":"","publication_series":[],"language":[11],"publication_types":[33],"class_list":["post-5909","publications","type-publications","status-publish","hentry","language-english","publication_types-reports-and-briefs"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pathfinder.org\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/publications\/5909","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pathfinder.org\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/publications"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pathfinder.org\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/publications"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pathfinder.org\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=5909"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"publication_series","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pathfinder.org\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/publication_series?post=5909"},{"taxonomy":"language","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pathfinder.org\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/language?post=5909"},{"taxonomy":"publication_types","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pathfinder.org\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/publication_types?post=5909"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
