This brief highlights the legacies of four Pathfinder projects that supported sustainable health systems strengthening around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These snapshots describe Pathfinder\u2019s strategic efforts across the world to advance the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rights, agency, and choice<\/strong> among individuals and communities, particularly women, girls, and other historically marginalized persons and groups;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Universal access to diverse, responsive points of care<\/strong> at all levels of the health system\u2014from community to facility to district to tertiary\u2014for a minimum package of quality essential health services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Health system resilience and readiness<\/strong> to withstand shocks and stressors from climate, conflict, pandemics, and other emergencies, throughout a cycle of preparation, adaptation, and recovery;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>An enabling policy and social environment<\/strong> in which these individual-, community-, facility-, and system-level ideals can be achieved; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Continuous monitoring and measurement<\/strong> of the impact and longevity of HSS interventions to inform iterative adaptation, replication, and sustained scale-up of nationally led successful programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"menu_order":0,"template":"","publication_series":[],"language":[11],"publication_types":[33],"class_list":["post-5550","publications","type-publications","status-publish","hentry","language-english","publication_types-reports-and-briefs"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pathfinder.org\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/publications\/5550","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pathfinder.org\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/publications"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pathfinder.org\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/publications"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pathfinder.org\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=5550"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"publication_series","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pathfinder.org\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/publication_series?post=5550"},{"taxonomy":"language","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pathfinder.org\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/language?post=5550"},{"taxonomy":"publication_types","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pathfinder.org\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/publication_types?post=5550"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
